This role is a Full Time or Part Time (minimum of 24 hours) scheduled position of a with a heavy focus on Admissions.

Responsibilities for Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) Float:

• Make home visits as needed to patients during scheduled work hours
• Coordinate patient care among the team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) Float:

• Proof of up to date Covid-19 vaccination card to present at Orientation or engage in the exemption process prior to hire.
• Per the CDC, "A person is up to date with their Covid-19 vaccination if they have received all recommended doses in the primary series and one booster when eligible."
• Current NH RN license
• Minimum 2-5 years direct care experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills necessary
