One of the largest home healthcare and hospice organizations in New Hampshire is searching for Registered Nurses for its Southern NH and Manchester territories. In this role, you will deliver care in a home setting to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with patients outside of a clinical setting.
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care that aligns with the physician’s orders.
- Provide ongoing education and support to patients and families.
- Administer medication as directed.
- Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- An ASN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Home health nursing experience is preferred.
Additional info:
- Full-time or part-time, permanent position.
- Multiple shifts are available with flexible hours.
- Core hours; 8a-430p
- Pay; $32-51/hr., depending on experience + $5,000 sign-on bonus!
