$2500 Sign on bonus

The Resource Group is looking for a full-time Mental Health Therapist who has an interest in working in a holistic recovery program. The selected therapists will provide individual and group therapy for our substance use disorder/co-occurring population and help lead our Outpatient group programs.

Our clinical staff collaborates as a team, and we ensure our counselors have the support they need to provide the best client care!

The ideal candidate for our Mental Health Therapist position:

1. ADT

2. Be available to work 1-2 evenings per week

3. Be available for on-site training 1 day a week

4. Be comfortable consulting with psychiatrists and other providers regarding their shared cases

LGPC/LMSW - $60,000 - $65,000

LCPC/LCSWC - $65,000 - $70,000

Requirements and Qualifications

Licensed in Maryland as an ADT & LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C,

Required on-site 1 day a week (TBD) for staff trainings and group consultation

Required 1 to 2 evenings a week
