DediCare Solutions, LLC, is a private duty company in the Genesee County, Oakland County and Lapeer County area. We are looking for strong Caregivers (DCW, HHA, and CNA) to care for our clients throughout Mid-Michigan and Southeast Michigan. Currently hiring for first, second and third shift. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. This position will offer 8 hour, 12 hour, full time, and part time shifts. This position is designed to be flexible with caregiver’s availability and will also pay mileage in between cases on the same day. Position may consist of bathing and personal care or other services as listed below. As a DediCare employee you have the potential to earn over $17 an hour with our incentive and covid pay. Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in our client's homes
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany clients to appointments, as needed
- Assist with client's ADLs
- Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
- Maintain client's care records and document services provided
- Assist clients with mobility
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills
- Experience working in home care of at least 6 months, required
- Direct Care Worker or Behavioral Health Aide experience, a plus
- Familiarity with nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CPR certificate, preferred
- Valid Michigan driver’s license required
- High School Degree or GED required
- Most recent negative TB test (reimbursement available)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $16.10 per hour

- Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
