The connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Service Desk Analyst in Stratham, NH. This is a contract opportunity for a terrific end client.

Job Duties:
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
  • Resolve issues for users via phone, in person, or electronically.
  • Track user issues and resolutions.
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft OS.
  • Experience with supporting and maintaining PC hardware.
  • Knowledge to configure, support and troubleshoot mainstream desktop applications.
  • Basic Knowledge of network domains, add/remove network printers, have a basic understanding of the functionality of a network.
We Value:
  • 2-4 years experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Working in an MS/Windows environment
  • Solving printer issues, monitor issues, etc.
  • Password resets (active directory)
  • Working with Ticketing system – ServiceNow.
