The connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Service Desk Analyst in Stratham, NH. This is a contract opportunity for a terrific end client.

Job Duties:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
- Resolve issues for users via phone, in person, or electronically.
- Track user issues and resolutions.
- Experience with supporting Microsoft OS.
- Experience with supporting and maintaining PC hardware.
- Knowledge to configure, support and troubleshoot mainstream desktop applications.
- Basic Knowledge of network domains, add/remove network printers, have a basic understanding of the functionality of a network.
We Value:
- 2-4 years experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Working in an MS/Windows environment
- Solving printer issues, monitor issues, etc.
- Password resets (active directory)
- Working with Ticketing system – ServiceNow.
