MyCHN is seeking a full-time Help Desk Analyst I to provide support by installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all programs, applications and services provided within the organization. The ideal candidate is for the smooth and efficient operation of the Center's IT systems such as Computer Desktops, Laptop, Printers, and Network systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• A+ or Net+ Certifications a plus
• Experience in organizational environment and preferably in health care.
• Effective language, listening and verbal presentation skills to communicate.
• Ability to plan and manage change.
• Ability to read and understand complex information and reference materials to collect relevant information.
• Ability to resolve complex issues.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Knowledge of continuous quality improvement management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of the Windows OS.
• Knowledge of basic security maintenance, such as maintaining OS updates and antivims software.
• Ability to learn and use a ticket-based Help-Desk System.

Essential Job Duties:

• Troubleshooting technology needs.
• Basic computer, printer and network maintenance and support.
• Maintaining email service.
• Documenting issues and working tickets in a timely manner.
• Keeping virus protection up to date on computers.
• Installation and updating maintenance Software.
• Maintaining Assets for managed reporting.
• Other duties as assigned within scope
