MyFlight Tours is hiring at our Milwaukee location for sightseeing tour operations. Pilots will fly a Robinson R44.

The pilot will be paid a rate of $75 per day plus $20 per collective flight hour. Pilots can typically expect $100-$200 in tips from customers per day based on engagement, friendliness, and number of flight bookings. Hour will range between 30-100 hours per month based on location and season.

Hour Requirements:

• 300hr Rotorcraft
• 250hr Piston Rotorcraft
• 50hr in Robinson R44

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• FAA Commercial Helicopter (Rotorcraft) Certificate
• Current FAA Class II (or higher) Medical Certificate
• R44 SFAR
• Willingness to work long days, nights, weekends, holidays, scheduled days off, overtime and on-call
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
• No accidents or FAA violations in last 10 years
• Must have a good personality and enjoy working with the public
• Must currently meet weight requirement of less than 190 lbs
• Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident at time of application

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Preferential Treatment to Pilots with:

• Prior experience in part 135 operation
• Completed the Robinson Maintenance Course
• A&P with R44 maintenance experience
• Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
