Fast growing, design to build construction company is looking for Operators and experience construction workers who want to learn and build a career in construction.

Integrated Water Services is seeking construction workers for our construction projects. The current need is for a projects located in the Oak Creek, CO area but other projects may need support in other regions. We’re hiring on a per project basis to start, but are willing to consider full-time employment for the right prospects in the future. We are looking for Construction Laborers, Operators, Pipefitters, and Foreman with on-site Constructions experience but are also willing to provide safe and educational training for individuals with minimal prior experience.

This position will include the following responsibilities:

• Perform all duties assigned by the Project Manager or Superintendent as needed
• Prepare construction site each day by preparing materials, tools and equipment
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Tasks as the job site include excavation, piping, concrete, building construction.
• Consult Superintendents and Project Managers on construction plans

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to pass drug and background screening
• High school degree or equivalent educational experience; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work outside for 8-10 hour days (with appropriate breaks)
• Two years previous experience in construction preferred. Some positions require multiple years of experience in construction.
• Prefer experience operating heavy equipment
• Prefer construction experience with water and wastewater treatment plants
• Reliable transportation
• PAY RATE $25-30/Hourly based on experience
