RJ Corman Railroad Services is looking for a Mechanic for our Emergency Services Company based out of Caseyville, IL. Work consists of troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing mechanical failures on RJ Corman equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve difficult mechanical failures on small and large equipment
- Apply well developed knowledge and skills of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair to a variety of small, on-rail, and heavy equipment.
- Practice safe working habits and ensure proper PPE is being used
- Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions

- Mobility to participate in frequent travel and be on call to respond to emergencies
- Must pass background, drug screen, and physical capacity test
- Requires lifting of up to 100lbs in performance of duties
