Job description
Peterson Cat has an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician based at our Eugene, Oregon location. The person in the position performs service activities at job sites and customer locations on Caterpillar Heavy Equipment. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following: Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions. Repair, replace or rebuild engines, transmissions, fuel systems, final drives, steering clutches, cross-shafts, hydraulic components including pumps, motors, valves, and all related components, electrical and air systems. A candidate for the opening needs to have an Associates in Diesel Technology and at least five year's experience in heavy equipment repair or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
