Head of Studio

The Flylords team is looking to onboard a “Head of Studio” for 2023. This role will be responsible for heading up all content activations for the Flylords media team. As we move into a new Studio space in Basalt Colorado, we are looking for someone who can help take ownership of this space and the future of flylords in-house content production. Take charge with creating gear reviews, podcasts, and youtube series, all produced in house - and also assisting with larger commercial projects when needed. For this positon we are looking for a strong editor, someone who can bring ideas and energy to the flylords team.

Qualifications:

• Hardworking individual who enjoys the grind.
• Can shoot photos, video, and edit (Has a strong resume of projects they have worked on in the past). Editing is the most important part out of these three.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs.
• Creative experience in filmmaking has a great understanding of the outdoor industry and the content creators within the industry.
• Passionate about fly fishing and understands and/or has prior experience in the fly fishing industry.

Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing monthly deadlines, project goals, expectations, and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery. Bring ideas ane energy to the flylords studio space.

Job is located in Carbondale, Colorado. The job will require some domestic travel. And will come with many perks!

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
