Seasoned experienced residential general/ skilled handyman. Multiple properties at adjacent desirable neighborhoods in Greensboro NC. Lindley Park / Fisher Park / Westerwood / College Hill / College Park / Lake Daniels. All properties are updated and in good to excellent condition. Local owner is hands-on with (4) decades of property renovations, maintenance, and management experience. Long-term position. Learn how to acquire real estate as a pro bono option.
