At Snip-its, Hair Salon Managers enjoy working with a variety of adorable children, delivering magic through memorable first haircut experiences, applying the latest cut and style trends, and managing a fun and highly skilled salon staff.

HAIR SALON MANAGER JOB MILLBURY, MA

• Starting pay up to $29 / hour based on experience
• Tips averaging $1400 / month
• 30+ hours per week
• Eligibility to receive a sign-on bonus up to $500

SALON MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• A current MA cosmetology license
• A commitment to working some weekend days
• An enthusiastic, patient, and friendly personality
• A love of children and desire to make these little ones (and parents) feel special
• Ability to effectively hire, train, coach, and manage salon staff
• Ensure salon is running at peak efficiency by managing staff and customer flow
• Must demonstrate professional verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• A willingness to proactively recommend and sell products and add-ons
• A dedication to learning the latest trends in children’s hair care
• Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, manage customer expectations, and maintain a positive salon staff environment
• Authorization to work in the United States
