Job description
Hagerty Garage + Social, a premium garage for exotic, vintage, and collectible car owners, has an opportunity for a Car Concierge of its Van Nuys location. In this role you will work with the General Manager to meet the needs of our clients while ensuring the appearance of the facility is in keeping with our level of service in the Van Nuys, California market. This role will be based in Van Nuys, California.

What you’ll do
- Provide outstanding customer service for our members.
- Work with senior management to lease garage spaces to ensure maximum occupancy.
- Provide vehicle maintenance including check-in, parking vehicles, and preparing cars for pick up.
- Actively handle and update key boxes, accounting for all cars within the facility.
- Run Member registrations.
- Always ensure facility cleanliness.
- Create and maintain weekly washing and detailing schedule.
- Assist with car washes, details, and other ancillary services when necessary.
- Assist the General Manager with service work to complete jobs.
- Maintain client database.
- Work with other Hagerty team members on an as needed basis to create the best possible Member experience.
This might describe you
- Track record of delivering a high level of customer service.
- Proficient user of MS Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Impressive attendance record.
- Experience in automotive related sector.
- General automotive mechanical and operational knowledge.
- Familiarity of public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable.
Role requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and good standing driving record.
- Available to travel for events and work some nights and weekends.
- Able to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing and walking for long periods of time).
