Guest Services / Front Desk Representative
Job description
Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
OnQ experienced is a plus but not necessary.
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays-- a must!
Being able to work audit shifts occasionally - Great opportunity for extra hours and more pay.
Reliable, friendly, and able to make guests feel welcomed and cared for.
Passionate about excellent customer service with thorough follow up and attention to details.
Effective English communication skills.
Able to stand for extended periods of time with ability to lift/pull up to 20 pounds.
Self-managing, responsible, reliable individual knowledgeable on hotel departments and functions and can proactively work across departments.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
