Our company is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide first class customer service for our valued guests through the coordination of all aspects of the guest experience. The ideal candidate will be professional, courteous and friendly, with a passion for providing quality customer service. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the course
- Assist and greet guests at the reception area
- Answer questions and resolve problems for guests.
- Provide accurate information to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of both public and private areas of the course.
- Handle complaints and resolve problems of both guests and employees.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
