Guest Service Associates! These amazing "Front-of-Haus" folks handle the following tasks:

• Booking client appointments within our online system and troubleshooting any scheduling roadblocks or technical issues.

• Managing incoming calls and answering questions related to our services.

• Ensuring that proper COVID-19 processes are followed at all times - including tracking completion of guest intake form ahead of appointment, calling guests ahead of appointment to go over the arrival process, administering contactless temperature checks of all guests, and contactless check-out facilitation.

• Performing sanitation checks and practices at the checkin/checkout area, "front of haus". Ensuring the front of haus is clean and organized at all times.

• Owning opening and/or closing duties at front of haus.

• Becoming a Face Haus brand ambassador - help to create in-haus content and promote our social media channels.
• Promotes the Face Haus brand and is able to perform retail sales duties like selling a product and service.
• Acts a beauty consultant and support to Estheticians with local marketing partnerships.

Skills you bring to the table...

• Strong people and organizational skills, we work wuth

• Ability to handle clients in difficult situations and provide solutions to real-time issues that arise.

• 3+ years customer service experience within beauty, spa, hospitality or retail fields.

• Must be open to working weekends and working at other Face Haus locations.
• Able to thrive in retail sales environment by promoting the brand and bridging the gap in local marketing.

• Ultra reliable and big on team work - you are willing and able to jump in and help as needed!

• Spa or Salon Software knowledge is a huge plus!

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform services wearing proper PPE

• Ability to bend the body downward and forward by bending legs and/or spine

• Ability to stand/sit for sustained periods of time

• Ability to perform repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and fingers

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
