Job Opening: Guest Advisor

Introduction:
Spavia is a resort style day spa in Thornwood, NY. We are looking to hire a guest advisor for the weekend with additional potential for work during the week.

About the Role:
Guest Advisors focus on making the guest experience while at the spa an amazing one. We are looking for candidates who love working with people!

Responsibilities and preferred personal attributes:

  • Sales experience
  • Customer-service orientation / amazing guest service and issue resolution
  • Working with POS and scheduling software
  • Organization and time management
  • Cleanliness
  • Positive attitude

Proposed Shifts:
Saturday and Sunday: 7:30am – 6:30pm
Various afternoon/evening shifts during the week: TBD

Compensation:
Competitive (hourly)

Additional Incentives
Commissions and bonus incentives, lunch on weekends, 401k with employer match, employee discounts
