Academy Bank’s marketing team has an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to drive client acquisition and make an immediate impact with your digital marketing prowess in this newly created position. You’ll work with outside agencies for our two different brands to develop and optimize campaigns, track, and share performance, identify untapped opportunities, and improve our brands’ being ‘found’ online. Your work will influence the content created to help consumers with their financial wellness and solutions they’re seeking. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll have great visibility in sharing and educating stakeholders on performance marketing and its tremendous impact on the business.
This is an hourly position with an annualized starting salary between $70,000 and $80,000, depending on experience.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Daily management of client acquisition and growth efforts throughout the client journey from awareness to bottom-of-funnel marketing campaign performance.
- Development and ongoing optimization of campaigns with agency partners and in-house creative teams including paid search, display, OTT/streaming channels, social and other ad platforms for desktop/mobile.
- Manage A/B testing to continually optimize ad performance, conversion from landing pages & form completes, remarketing, and other channels utilized in path-to-purchase.
- Work with Content Marketing Manager and creative team to ensure content is aligned with performance marketing goals and improving organic search results.
- Actively participate in marketing team’s overall activity, contributing ideas and supporting the needs and objectives of internal (business unit) clients and organizational goals.
- Work with I.T., Finance/Analytics, and agencies to ensure websites are performance-marketing enabled, tracking is functioning, and data sets are aligned.
- Prepare reports/decks sharing results on performance marketing efforts and trends.
- Research and identify opportunities for growth using data and applying strategic thinking.
- Maintain calendars, budgets, and reporting history.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the bank, the industry, and our clients.
- Ensure work premises constitutes a safe work environment that promotes positive bank image, including regular inspection for and remediation of any hazardous conditions; regular maintenance and cleaning of premises; adherence to all posting requirements in jurisdiction, including human resources and compliance postings; and provision of comfortable and appropriate space for associates to conduct banking business.

- Maintains client information in complete confidence.
- Completes other specified duties as assigned.
