450+ home homeowner's association seeks part time groundskeeper to assist in maintaining our community. Looking for someone who is available to work 10 to 20 hours per week. We are somewhat flexible on the hours. Theses hours could be spread over 3 to 5 days per week. PLEASE NOTE - This is a PART TIME job.
You would be working under the supervision of our on-site property manager. Duties would include minor maintenance projects such as painting, small landscaping projects, and keeping the grounds free of trash and debris
We would prefer someone who lives in Montgomery County. Our community is great community that is located in the Bel Pre Road area of Silver Spring/Aspen Hill.
