Position Summary
The AmishView Inn & Suites Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the exterior cleanliness and presentation of the Rt. 340 property on a seasonal basis and flexibility to work on Rt. 30 property as needed for coverage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick up all trash and debris on property. Empty all trash cans.
• Water flowers.
• Light mowing and removal of weeds using weed wacker.
• Sweep/clean hotel patio and outdoor employee break area.
• Other duties as directed

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Self-starter / Able to work independently

• High degree of quality in all work produced

• Able to work 4-5 hours/day, 5 days/week, mornings and some weekends, April - November

The employee must occasionally lift up to 50 push/pull up to 100 pounds. The employee will be primarily outdoors and may be exposed to rain, wind and sun. Seasonally may be exposed to high temperatures. Routinely uses brooms, hoses, and general cleaning materials. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
