At least one year experience in the grounds maintenance/snow removal field is required for this full-time position. We work as a team maintaining grounds of townhome communities, residential and commercial properties year round, as well as landscaping projects as they present themselves. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in the great outdoors for an 8 hour day workday, weather and season dependent. Snow season is a little different story but we're Minnesota-strong! A great attitude, self-starter, organizational skills, and a bit of mechanical knowledge is always a plus! If you have a fert/herb license, even better!
