The Fenimore Art Museum and The Farmers’ Museum are seeking a Grants Manager and Development Database Analyst.

This position includes, but is not limited to, overseeing all grant processes which includes reviewing guidelines and eligibility requirements, gathering and submitting all required materials, maintaining schedules and monitoring progress. Also includes drafting development revenue and expense budgets, providing development narratives for accounting board materials and maintaining minutes of committee meetings.This position requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality as it requires working with proprietary information.

Attention to detail is critical, as is the ability to work independently while in coordination with other departments.Experience with Razors Edge NXT preferred as is experience with 990 and CHAR500 documents.This is a full-time, year-round position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefit package.
