• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Reach out to customers from our multiple lead sources.
• Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and any potential business prospects.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Keep abreast of best practices and new promotional items or trends.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day operation.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Motivate team members.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week
