Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and knowledgeable Google Analytics Specialist. It requires expert-level knowledge in Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting) specifically with Google Analytics. Come work with us!
The person in this role will work remotely to design and automate data analytics solutions to deliver meaningful product, traffic, and subscription insights.
What you will do:

Develop and manage data extracts used in reporting to support corporate decision-making

Coordinate with Consumer Insight Analysts to build ecommerce & subscription analytics dashboards, leveraging GA, as well as other reporting tools as needed

Support A/B multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversion and work closely with various cross-functional stakeholders to capture the data needed to drive business decisions

Help identify and develop data collection strategies and visualization to support standard and ad-hoc reporting on KPIs that directly measure online campaigns, product and conversion funnel performance

Manage and improves existing reporting systems and perform complex analyses, also provide consulting and analytic services to leadership

Develop methodology and processes for prioritization and scheduling of projects and analyze problems and determine root causes

Define company data assets (data models) used to create and populate dashboards

Work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategy for data analytics
What you will bring:
-
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
-
3+ years of Web Analytics/BI experience working with development teams, marketing teams, executives, and product managers

Google Analytics 360/Google Tag Manager 360/Google BigQuery expertise is a must
-
In-depth understanding of website, app, ecommerce and subscription metrics and KPIs

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, R or Python, SAS and Excel

Google Analytics Certified a plus. Tag management certification is also a plus

Basic understanding of HTML & ability to troubleshoot code and in-depth experience working with tag management platforms and data layers

Experience with A/B testing and advanced analytical knowledge of data, conducting big data analysis

Build new dashboards and sourcing data

Process oriented with great documentation skills, strong project management and organizational skills

The annual salary is $100,000.00Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for a bonus based on performance.
