As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.

The golf cart attendant primary job purpose is to give sales representatives transportation to the models. Also, keep golf carts clean daily, transport guests and sales representatives and ensure that all golf carts are put up by the end of the day.

As a Golf Cart Attendant, you will:

• Transports guests and sales representatives to and from areas throughout the property
• Ensures all safety and compliance policies are met through following all established procedures
• Assists with the cleaning of the golf carts daily
• Ensures the proper use and storage of golf carts after each shift
• Assists with other duties as necessary
• Ensure that all golf carts are put up by the end of the day

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Requirements:

• Valid state Driver’s License
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
