We want to give our guests the best film experience possible. To do this, our jobs demand being fast paced and require long hours of walking, standing and some guest interaction. The General Staff position has flexible hours to fit your needs!

Job Responsibilities for General Staff

• General Staff may work in the box office, concession booth, or the usher’s stand.
• Everyday duties include: selling tickets and concessions, cleaning theaters/bathrooms, and cleaning/maintaining the building.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in a clean, neat, and functional state at all times.
• Complete assigned tasks with the highest level of quality in a timely and detailed manner.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Be proficient in the use of basic cleaning equipment and procedures.
• Good organizational skills; completing tasks on time and following directions.
• Self-motivated and able to perform assigned tasks autonomously.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to work in an active environment (walking, standing, twisting, bending, kneeling, climbing, etc.)

Employees must be at least 16 years of age to work this position.

What are the hours of operation?
Theatre operation hours can be between 10am-1am. The General Staff position has flexible hours to fit your needs!

Do I have to work weekends?
Weekends are non-negotiable as they are our busiest times. We require you to work at least one weekend day.

Do I have to work Holidays?
We work on holidays, but we make it fun!

Do I have to work when large, popular films are released?
Large film releases are just as busy as holidays, you can guarantee that all our employees will be working. These events are high energy and a lot of fun!
