Position Summary:
- Assume total ownership of sales performance goals, client acquisition and retention strategies, and community outreach efforts.
- Develop a concrete understanding of objectives and expectations while demonstrating initiative, adaptability, a drive to help customers, and leadership.
- Collaborate with Personal Training Staff to ensure excellence in club operations, service, and member experience.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and competitive
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Sales & management experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal sales goals.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Comfortable with local, community-based networking and marketing.
- Passion for health and helping others.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop membership sales pipeline.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective members through outreach calls, appointment setting, and club tours.
- Manage facility operations to maintain standards, manage staff, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment for members.
- Establish and maintain a positive presence in the local community.
- Distributing marketing material out in the community.
- Be an ambassador of the Anytime Fitness brand.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be available to work staffed hours at the facility
- Monday and Wednesday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Tuesday: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Thursday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

- $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
