Job Title: General Laborer/Team Member

Typical job duties include but are not limited to, roof removal and restoration, sheet metal work, siding, concrete, and all-around general construction. Preparing work materials on site or at the shop. Loading and unloading building materials and equipment. Cleaning up construction site by removing materials and debris from the work area.

Work requirements include:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly and on a regular basis.
• Work in any weather conditions.
• Stand, walk, lift, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods of time.
• Self-starting. Working independently or as an active member of a crew.
• Equipment operating/heavy machinery experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Some travel may be required.

Starting wage is $12.00 per hour, but experience, and performance are factors in receiving a higher rate of pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Libby, MT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
