Job description
We are offering attendant position for Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) morning shift at gas station in north coastal area.
Ideal candidate should be honest, on time and able to work weekends and holidays with minimal supervision.
Ideally, the candidate should be able to take different shifts (morning, evening, etc.) occasionally as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Complete end of shift tasks and prepare shift report as per guidelines
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Provide customer assistance
- Accurately validate ID prior to tobacco products sale
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Stock merchandise and coolers
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Clean and sanitize store, bathroom, and gas dispensers
- Clean racks and shelves, Sweep and mop floor
- Follow safety procedures
- Perform other necessary tasks as assigned by store manager
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
