Paramount Designs Inc is a locally owned and operated Landscape, Garden Center, and Flower Shop. We are continuing to grow and looking for team members who are dedicated to outstanding communication, high quality work, and excellent customer service.

We are currently looking for motivated individuals for full-time and part-time garden center positions.

Garden Center Team Members:

Have knowledge about the care and maintenance of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and indoor house plants.

Provide exceptional service to all customers who call or come in to our location

Maintain visually appealing displays of stock

Monitor inventory and manage loss prevention

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Will need to unload delivery trucks containing plants, trees and other retail items.

Maintain, Clean, and organize indoor and outdoor retail space

Have a valid drivers license for delivery services

All team members:

Have a valid MA drivers license

Be able to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take direction.

Establish a positive rapport with coworkers and clients

Have a strong work ethic, work efficiently and manage time well.

Be motivated, show initiative, and be willing to learn new tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
