Think Academy is seeking a high-energy, high-potential Customer Success Lead to set up the customer success journey. This person should be excited to communicate with parents, and will be responsible for supporting, consulting and upselling our potential and current customers (mostly parents).
What You Will Do:
- You will be part of our new Customer Success team and have the opportunity to build scalable systems and process for a great customer journey, and making sure we provide valuable information for parents
- You'll serve as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and provide support and consultation via chat, email, WeChat and phone calls
- Answer all guest questions accurately and resolve problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction
- Providing an amazing customer experience is one of our core strategies for growth and differentiation, and we want our customers (parents and students) to continue to love Think Academy and to drive positive referral
- Resolve guest problems and complaints
- Support growth and operational initiatives
How You can be Qualified:
- Previous customer service or customer facing related experience is highly desired

Skilled in clearly, concisely and professionally guiding customers through the solar activation process
