Primary Tasks:

• You will examine restaurant for conformance to concept and health standards.

• Walk through all restaurant areas to monitor and observe restaurant operations.

• Review documentation to assess the quality of the restaurant operations.

• Assist management with the training on non-management employees.

• Assign responsibilities to employees based upon work requirements.

• You will provide performance feedback to employees.

• Communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and concept personnel for multiple purposes.

• Exchange information about restaurant operation with General Manager.

• Discuss issues related to ordering food, beverages, and supplies from vendors.

• Interview job candidates.

• Rectify customer complaints.

• Exchange and gather information from employees and customers.

• Contact employee to modify employee work schedules.

• Create documents reporting information concerning the performance of the restaurant.

• You will maintain documentation in employee personnel file.

• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Required Education and experience:

• Stand/walk 100% of shift

• Operate POS, make change, and conduct credit card transactions; account for all the monies at the end of each shift

• Plate food and clear tables which may require lifting as much as 30lbs

• Verbalize and respond to Guests and Team Members

• Obtain an Oklahoma ABLE Liquor License

• Willing to work weekends and holidays

• 1+ years of experience in Full Service Casual Dining

• Prior management experience
