RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and clean products for embroidery, engraving or printing
• Reduce waste materials and ensure customers receive the highest quality gifts by performing thorough quality checks
• Run engraving machines as needed (will train)
• Run embroidery machines as needed (will train)
• Run commercial printers as needed (will train)
• Work quickly and efficiently with a high volume of orders to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on-time
• Package and ship products for safe transport and within brand guidelines
• Maintain an orderly work environment and participate in inventory duties as needed
• Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and may be assigned accordingly
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comfortable learning new skills
• Ability to lift 20 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable ‘moving’ at work (combination of sitting/standing, squat, kneel, bend as needed)
• Detail oriented (meticulous) both written and workmanship
• Basic computer skills
• You are punctual and responsive
• Must have own transportation
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills are a must
• Enjoys being a "maker" (crafts, food, gifts, etc)

We embroider, engrave and customize gifts in our studio in Silver Spring, Maryland for weddings, corporate events, holidays and special occasions. We also manufacture robes and wedding gowns, and special occasion dresses.
