Job description

The FSR has primary responsibility for opening accounts, performing loan counseling and accepting/processing applications from members for the appropriate loan products. In addition, the FSR has the ability to provide excellent service to our members by assisting in handling routine tasks, such as processing payments, accepting deposits and handling withdraws. The FSR will respond to members requests and inquiries, make recommendations about the credit union services and product, maintain, and balance cash drawers as necessary and keep track of credit union records and financial information. FSR should have a professional appearance and a member-focused attitude. FSR should be courteous, efficient, helpful, and accurate. Be able to follow all credit unions’ financial and security regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not necessary
• Strong time management, communication and member service skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Accountable, efficient and accurate results
• Positive attitude for interaction with members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
