OMS Solutions Group is looking for an upbeat, energetic, detail oriented individual to join our growing team in Newburyport, MA as a front office support representative. OMS Solutions Group is a Dental Management Organization specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery that provides back office support for practices nationwide.
Job Responsibilities:
The front office support representative’s main responsibilities will be answering incoming patient phone calls to schedule appointments, take payment information or answer any questions the patient may have. Additionally, this position will verify insurance benefits for patients with upcoming procedures/appointments.
This position is on site, Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm at our Newburyport office.
Benefits include paid vacation time, sick time and holiday pay.
Experience working in billing, check-in/check-out or a call center for a dental, medical practice, or an Oral Surgery practice is preferred. Experience with DSN Software a plus.
