Responsibilities include but are not limited to...

Showing Apartments

Checking units at move out and move in time

Listing units for rent

Processing tenant applications

Processing move ins for tenants

Front office functions

Completes tasks and projects from management

· Answering inquires that come in from the website for perspective tenants

· Notifying current tenants about unit showings

· Complete rental references for previous tenants

· Be able to complete all front desk tasks

· Updates property books & software

· Customer service

· Answer phones

· On rotation for emergency phone (It rotates between all of the staff and so you get the phone about 1 time a month or less. You keep the phone for a week at a time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pullman, WA 99163: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Office: 1 year (Required)
