We are seeking a front desk and assistant persons for our beautiful specialty dental office in Capitola.

We are a boutique dental practice that takes pride in providing excellent dentistry and five-star customer service to our patients. We are looking for personable and detail-oriented professionals who are dedicated to extraordinary customer service, quality, and productivity.

Prior experience working in a dental office is preferable but is not required.

Job Summary:

• Our ideal candidates will grow with our practice and will help us take the practice to the next level.

• Candidates for this position need to demonstrate sound understanding of oral care procedures, strengths in insurance claims processing and treatment plan presentation combined with excellent communication skills over time.

• As a specialist office in endodontics, our clients are not only patients but also general dentists and other specialists.

• Together with other staff and/or our endodontist, our front-desk will visit and connect with general dentists and other local specialists in the area to strengthen existing referral relationships or create a new referral base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
