Job description
We are currently hiring for a hands-on Front Desk Supervisor to assist with resident relations and assist with overseeing the concierge team. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys helping residents and building relationships.
We are a full-service concierge company providing luxury, hotel-style front desk concierge services for upscale apartments and condominium buildings. Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates, residents and clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude
- Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodations
- Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors and contractors
- Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
- Accurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory audits
- Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security
- Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including local transportation, residents’ move-ins, dinner reservations, pet walking, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, event planning, grocery and package delivery, housekeeping, etc.
- Manage and post weekly schedules
- Train new associates
- Maintain clear communication with the property manager and leasing team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years' concierge, hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
- Maintain high standards of professional appearance and grooming.
- Must have a genuine love for hospitality and assisting residents.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills.
- Excellent customer service/resident service skills.
