Our company is looking for an experienced, dedicated and personable individual to join our front desk receptionist team. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and energetic personality, excellent administrative skills and a history of working in a fast-paced office environment. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent interpersonal skills, maintains a pleasant demeanor and is able to prioritize their workload.

Must have experince in the Automotive Indurtry!

Responsibilities:

• Answer questions about business policies and procedures.
• Answer telephone calls and direct calls using a three-way calling system.
• Greet visitors in person and make them feel at home.
• Take messages for staff and forward them to the appropriate individual.
• Work as a member of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
