**Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Assistant**

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Welcoming and engaging with our patients, making them feel at home from the second they step through our doors.

- Taking charge of incoming phone calls - answering, screening, and directing them accordingly.

- Keeping our reception area immaculate and inviting, equipped with all the necessary stationery and material.

- Providing accurate information in a friendly manner, both in-person and via phone/email.

- Handling daily mail/deliveries with care and efficiency.

- Upholding office security protocols and controlling access via the reception desk.

- Scheduling appointments and maintaining up-to-date calendars.

- Tackling other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

- Assist clinical staff to deliver efficient care

- Assist patients with intake, direct traffic, and checkout

**What we're looking for:**

- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

- Proficiency in EMR/EHR preferred.

- Comfortable with using office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).

- Professional demeanor and appearance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills.

- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed.

- High school degree.
