We are looking for an experienced and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting patients, answering phones, verifying insurance and performing administrative duties. Dental experience with use of Dentrix software and bi-lingual would be great but not required. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients upon arrival.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Verify insurance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area.
• Checking patients in and out.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Posting insurance payments as well as personal payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
