LiA Hotel is hiring for a front desk agent. If you have a great customer service skills send your resume so that we may schedule you for an interview.

LOCATION: 950 El Camino Real San Carlos, CA 94040

Pay: Currently $18.75 and will be increasing in a couple of months

POSITION: Full -Time Front Desk Agent Position for evening and overnight shifts. Weekend availability, and reliability are very necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

*Ensure the proper appearance of the lobby and all public areas.
*Be proficient on the use of property management system(we will train)
*Be able to use all front office equipment such as credit card machine and copier
*Handle guest complaints effectively
*Process reservations
*Fully understand hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
*Process cancellations and modifications to reservations
*Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, managers and all other associates
