Guest Service Representatives will be responsible to attending to the needs of guests, especially during the check-in/check-out processes. Highly organized individuals would thrive in this position.

· Welcome guests when they come to check in and check out

· Check in and check out guests efficiently and with a friendly attitude

· Keep the security and safety of guests paramount when checking them in and out

· Takes care of guest issues as they arise

· Handles cash and credit cards in a responsible manner

· Answers phones/makes reservations

· Uses the computer system efficiently

· Communicates with other departments when needed

Requirements:

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule

· Must be able to work weekends and holidays

· Must have reliable transportation
