- 35 Bay Shop with Air Conditioning
- Mobile Service Truck
- Ford, Lincoln, and Truck Shop (Medium Duty)
- Closed On Sundays
- Enclosed Drive-In For Customers
- Largest Parts Dept. In Central VA With Over 2.5 Million in Parts
- Diesel Team
- Large Quicklane
- Body Shop on Premises
- Excellent Shop Foreman, Parts Runner, and Lane Manager
- Freshly Renovated Shop and Technician Area

- This is a large shop with many established technicians and a successful mentorship program in place.
- Relocation packages are available for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Previous service management experience
- Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees
- Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the workday
- Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented, friendly personality, with ability to be customer service oriented
- Attention to detail
- Great rapport with technicians and advisors
- Quality customer service, communication, computer, and math skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Successful leadership of advisors, training, and technicians
- Continue Lincoln pickup and delivery and launch Ford pickup and delivery
- Mobil service Truck Management
- Understanding of capacity and how to adjust for optimal results
- A keen eye for improving proficiency
- Enthusiasm for continued training
- Maintain acceptable VOC scores in a store that consecutively wins the Ford President's Award
- RO review process for work mix as well as upsells
- Maintain online tools and launch improvements in the lane
- Be an integral part of our service manager meetings between the three stores
