Professional Flooring Systems is a small, family-oriented business that has been serving our commercial clients’ flooring needs for over 25 years. We specialize in poured epoxy surfaces that are installed over concrete. We are seeking multiple full-time candidates to join our team as we continue to grow our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work with minimal supervision. Previous experience is a plus, but not required. Our work is done at our customer’s sites so having reliable transportation is a must.

Floor Installer: The position includes loading and unloading materials, preparing the floor for coating, mixing and installing the floor and equipment maintenance.

Lead Floor Installer: The position includes loading and unloading materials, preparing the floor for coating, mixing and installing the floor. The position also includes coordinating with the on-site client, managing small crews independently, some supply ordering and equipment maintenance. You will also be required to drive our company vehicle from our facility to our customer facilities in order to transport the necessary tools and materials.

· The typical work week is 40 hours. Generally the work that we do require extra hours at the beginning of each job to prepare the surface so the work days get shorter as the job / week progresses. Fridays are typically shorter days.

· Pay range is $15-20/hr. to start depending upon experience

Our work crews are small so being there when a job is scheduled is imperative; however we try to be as flexible as possible with scheduling and time off. There is occasional evening, out of town and weekend work. We are located in York County, PA.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
