What will you be doing?

The Shift Lead is responsible for working hands-on with crew members, while assisting and supporting our management teams in the daily operations of our restaurants, including openings and closings during weekdays and weekends.

What we are looking for:

• Someone who can ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist with day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Ensure that assigned staff has reported to their scheduled shifts; document any late or absent employees.
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
• Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
• Someone with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Someone that loves to help and serve others (both guests and team members)

• 
  High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is a plus
• 2 plus years of restaurant management or Lead experience.
• Ability to act independently and make accurate decisions
• Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Must have or be able to take a food safety class, for responsible food handling practices.
• Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift.
• You must be able to stand for extended periods and push/pull/lift 30+ pounds.
• You need to be able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
