Utility Partners of America (UPA) is seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Operation’s Leader, with a background in Project Management to join our team as a Field Operations Manager (FOM) in support of the Chesterfield Water AMI Implementation Project. As the FOM, you would be responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of UPA’s field operations and will be tasked with ensuring that installation services are carried out in a professional manner that complies with the SOW, vendor equipment installation specifications, the Utility’s specifications, and all other applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will be capable of leading a diverse field operations staff, made up of Supervisors and Installation technicians. The FOM will have experience in water metering, and related equipment, operating procedures. PPE, and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 5 Years of Experience in Project Management

· 3 Years of Experience in Supervision

· 100% Travel unless local to Chesterfield

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
