Position Summary
The Field Installation Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing corporate installation projects from pre-installation through completion.

Duties and Responsibilities
Field Installation Support
- Manage the preplanning and coordination of equipment, materials and people needed for scheduled field installation projects.
- Tracks projects internally to ensure they are on schedule and moving through production correctly.
- Ensures product is manufactured to the highest standards and match the manufacturing and installation documents.
- Ensures that all product is kitted and palletized correctly for shipment.
- Maintains inventory and coordinates tools and supplies are provided for installations and that they are shipped with equipment and returned.
- Supervise and lead the installation of the project at the site location.
- Serve as the main point of contact onsite subcontractors and general contractor.
- Troubleshoot issues in the field and document accordingly.
- Documents project progress and provides project status reports to LSI/Skyways, rep and others as needed
- Sign off on the final installation, with inspections and walk throughs.
- Provide real time feedback to Dallas and Delano on installations, product quality, packaging, ease of installation and future considerations.
KABOOM! Partnership Support
- Manage KABOOM! Partnership project installation planning and coordination.
- Identifies and assigns appropriate installers for projects.
- Ensures appropriate rep organizations have a full understanding of the project (process, pricing etc.)
- Serves as the technical support liaison between LSI and KABOOM!
- Assists with warranty claims.

Qualifications
- AA or BS degree preferred and 3+ years’ experience in a construction related industry
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (evening/weekends)
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and body language
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Playground Safety Inspector
- Landscaping or playground construction experience
