Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)

  • Oversee the development of formal/informal community part agreements that ensure collaboration with community resources
  • Develop, train, and oversee the implementation for recruitment
  • Develop and implement program annual budget, monitor expenditures
  • Coordinate with community service agencies to disseminate about information, and available services in our communities
  • Strengthen families so they can meet their own needs in health, nutrition, education, and developmental needs
  • Prepare and maintain records, documents, reports, databases, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Provide staff leadership, mentoring, and training
  • Research and compile annual Community Assessment to identify community, regional and state service needs and trends
  • Instructor of the Family Development Credential training for staff
  • Represent CC Idaho to the community, local, regional, state, and federal agencies and/or boards; include serving on community boards and committees
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records
  • Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices
Qualifications

Required

  • Baccalaureate degree in social services, family services or related field
  • Three or more years' experience in social services, family services or related field
  • Must obtain Family Development Instructor Credential within 18 months of hire
  • Must actively maintain the Family Development Instructor Credential while in this position
  • Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must obtain clearance of Tuberculosis
  • Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification
Preferred

  • Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting
